Automatecloudops (“we”) respects the privacy of visitors and clients contacting us about safeguarding controls audits for e-money firms.
Data we collect
When you submit a form or email us, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, firm name, and the content of your message. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
Why we use it
- To respond to scoping and engagement requests
- To administer contracted audit work

- To meet legal and professional record-keeping duties
Cookies
We use a preference cookie mechanism described in our cookie policy. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block browsing or form submission.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers who host email or infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, or when required by Hong Kong law or a competent authority.
Retention
Enquiry records are typically kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement working papers follow the retention period stated in the engagement letter, usually not less than seven years.
Your choices
