These terms govern access to automatecloudops.digital and professional services provided by Automatecloudops from Suite 602, Chinachem Century Tower, 178 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai District, Hong Kong.

Website use

Content on this site is informational. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or audit advice until we execute a written engagement letter with you. You may not scrape, mirror, or misrepresent our materials as your own.

Engagements

Safeguarding controls audits and related reviews begin only after both parties sign a scope letter describing deliverables, fees, timelines, and access requirements. Oral discussions and website forms do not create an audit obligation.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to safeguarding accounts evidence, staff for walkthroughs, and accurate descriptions of products that hold relevant funds. Delays in access may extend timelines without changing the agreed fee unless scope expands.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public information obtained during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or professional duty, or where you authorise disclosure in writing.

Limitation

Our work is limited to the agreed safeguarding control objectives. We do not provide assurance over your entire financial statements, AML programme, or technology estate unless separately scoped.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless an engagement letter states otherwise.
